PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUATION

Continued Public Hearing Date: Tuesday, October 27, 2026\ Time: 6:00 PM

Location: Denmark Town Office – 62 East Main St

The continuation of the public hearing scheduled on October 27th is intended to provide the public with a final opportunity to make comments and ask questions. Any questions received during or prior to this hearing continuation will be taken under consideration when the Select Board begins their deliberation.

Following the close of the public hearing, the Select Board will enter the deliberation phase in accordance with the Town’s Water Extraction Ordinance, and will render a decision within 30 days. During the deliberation phase, the Select Board and Town Officials may consult with the Town’s Technical Agent, Town’s Legal Counsel and Poland Spring, when warranted. All deliberation meetings will be open to the public and posted on the Town’s Website.

The Select Board recognizes and appreciates the time, attention, and input members of the public have devoted to this process. The Board will continue to carefully review and consider the questions, comments, and information presented and received throughout the public hearings, as it deliberates and works toward a decision consistent with the Town’s Ordinance.
