Weight Limit Posted on Green Bridge in Brownfield on Route 160.

The Town has been informed by a MEDOT representative the posting of the Green Bridge in Brownfield is in an effort to extend the life of the bridge. They hope the posting of a 30 Ton Weight Limit will help alleviate the wear and tear on the bridge for possibly the next two years. MEDOT informs the Town the decision to refurbish the bridge or build a new bridge has not been determined yet.
